Individual Unit Gas and Electric	Individual Unit Gas and Electric: Gas and electric for each unit are the resident's responsibility. The primary lessee must establish a PG&E utilities account in their name.

Common Area Gas	None to residents. Owner pays all.
Common Area Water	The owner pays 20% of the common water bill. Remaining 80% divided between the total number of residents.
Common Area Sewage	The owner pays 20% of the common water bill. Remaining 80% divided between the total number of residents.
Common Area Garbage Collection	Residents pay 100%, divided between the total number of residents.
